I combine my education and training in sociology, wellness, healing arts and coaching with a direct yet compassionate style. I bring my varied life experience, spiritual seeking and decades of connecting with people in an authentic way to infuse practical direction, compassion and focused intention to my Reiki, energy work and coaching practice.

I am a nationally certified reflexologist, Reiki III practitioner and certified health and wellness coach. I received my reflexology certificate in 1999 after completing a course of study with Val Voner at the New England Institute of Reflexology and Cape Center for Universal and Holistic Studies in Onset, Ma. I obtained national certification in foot reflexology from the American Reflexology Certification Board in 2003.

I studied Reiki with Kristen Webb for two semesters at North Shore Community College where I received a Liberal Arts degree and a certificate in Wellness and Healing Arts. I earned a BA in Sociology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018. I received an advanced level IET practitioner certificate with Laura Haley and Reiki III master level certificate with Laura Edelman. I received certification in health and wellness coaching from the American Council of Exercise in 2023. I am a life-long learner and avid student of metaphysical studies and have attended classes and workshops in aromatherapy, Aura-Soma color therapy, crystal energy healing, chakra studies and the Akashic records.
